Paul opened The Cove Fish Market with the goal of providing the highest quality, local fish and seafood. Today, 43 years after its launch The Cove has become a Stonington institution.In the early 80's, an article "Making the Most of Mystic" in the New York Times, recommended "The best place in Mystic to buy seafood from the boat is The Cove." This reputation for the finest quality fish continues with new owners Zachary and Andrew Kowal.Our catered Clam Bakes will WOW your group. We start with our award wining chowder and follow with premium sized lobsters, steamers, local corn on the cob, baby potatoes, grilled chicken and ethnic sausages.
